  • Where are you located?

    We have three locations: our administrative office is in Tucker, GA; our main yard and office are in Cartersville, GA; we have a yard in Archbold, OH. We also have partner yards in California and multiple locations in Texas.

  • Do you sell trailers?

    Yes, we sell only scissor lift trailers.

  • Do you buy/trade equipment?

    We sure do! To proceed with a trade, we’ll need a few details from you, including the year, make, model, and serial number of the equipment, as well as photos, videos, hours of use, etc. Are you looking to trade for the same make and model?   • Do you sell parts?

    Yes, we sell parts. Please contact Eddie Doyle or Baird Brown at [email protected], which you can also find under the 'Parts' tab on our website.

  • Where is the closest yard to me?

    The closest yard to you depends on your location. We have many partner yards across the USA. Yards are regionally located in Georgia, Ohio, Texas and California.

  • What is the process if I need service on my lift?

    If you need service on a lift, please contact your sales rep first.

  • What happens if there's an issue with the machine? When it delivers? Week or month later?

    If there’s an issue, please reach out to your sales rep and explain what is going on. Depending on the issue, they will coordinate with the service department.

  • How do I pay?

    Payment will be due on receipt. We accept payment by Wire/ACH or checks. When we send invoicing details another message titled Payment Options is sent that details our payment methods.

  • Do you take credit card?

    If you pay with a credit card, the maximum limit is $5,000 with a 3% processing fee. Please talk to your sales rep if you have special circumstances regarding Credit card payment exceeding $5,000.

  • Can I pay by check?

    Yes, you can pay with a check. Please be sure it is a cashiers check and to mail the check to 39 Curtis Ct SW, Cartersville, GA 30120. If a personal or company check is sent, it will greatly slow down the processing of the check and we will need to verify the entire amount of funds have cleared before we will send paid receipt or release /ship a machine.

  • Do you have financing options available?

    Yes, we work with many banks and financing institutions to make sure our customers have the best options to get them the best deal possible. We also have many OEM subsidized programs at our disposal to help reduce interest rates on new and used equipment for our customers. Please reach out to your salesman to learn more.

  • What payment terms do you offer?

    Payment is due upon receipt, unless otherwise specified by your sales representative.

  • Sales Tax?

    Sales tax depends on your location and whether you or your company is tax-exempt.

  • Once payment has been made, when will I receive the equipment?

    Once a paid invoice is sent, please allow 7-10 business days for your machine to be shipped. Please contact your salesman for specific timetables.

  • How will I know that you have received the payment?

    Once payment has been received, a paid invoice will be sent to you. Your sales representative will then contact you to coordinate shipment.

  • What should I include in the wire so you know it's from me?

    Whether you are paying by wire or sending a check, please be sure to include the invoice number or the name on the invoice. If you are making a Wire/ACH payment, please call 866-874-0587 to verbally verify our payment information.

  • Can you ship to me?

    Yes, we can ship anywhere in the USA. We just need your shipping address. Special shipping rates may apply if in Hawaii, Alaska, or anywhere outside of the United States.

  • What is freight cost?

    Freight cost depends on your location, as well as whether you arrange your own pickup or have us coordinate the shipping for you. Also, the size of the machine will make freight rates vary.

  • When will I be contacted about delivery?

    ITS(International Transport Systems) is our preferred shipping company. First, they will confirm delivery details with you, then they will notify you when a truck is scheduled.
